We understand that everyone's different. When starting the Gut and Lymphatic Cleanse, it is best to start low and go slow. The power of Nature is harnessed within the Gut and Lymphatic, you will witness it first hand.
The Goal is to work your way up to taking 1 Tablespoon of Lymphatic in the Morning and 1 Tablespoon of the Gut in the evening.
Option 1: Make a Tea - Steep required Herbs into Hot Water (4-8oz your preference), let it cool and drink it straight or add honey (DO NOT STRAIN). Adding Hot Water to the Herbs is Full Activation and Strongest Effects.

Day 8 - Until Finished: High Blood Pressure (Dry and Liquid Protocols)
