Directions
Make a Herbal Tea:
1 Tablespoon (1Tbsp) per Day.
Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
Steep 1Tbsp in a maximum of 500ML (16oz) of Hot Water for a minimum of 5mins. Use a french press or fine mesh strainer, tea strainer, to remove loose ground herbs. Ground herbs will settle at the bottom of cup. Have no fear in consuming some ground herbs.
Enhance the flavour by adding; Honey, Real Maple Syrup, Key Limes, Lemon, Cinnamon, etc. Get creative, ensuring only all natural ingredients. #knowyourfarmer
You can also allow it to cool and add (instead of water) to your smoothie.
Make a Tincture: Ready in 3 Days (72hrs).
1oz shot = 30ml, per day. Taken whenever, recommended after eating.
Mix 100 - 125grams (approx 14 - 18 Tbsp) in 500ML of Alcohol (Gin or Vodka). The intention is to have 1 part dry ground herbs to 4-5 parts liquid (benchmark). It becomes personal preference and experimentation after the benchmark.
Use a mason jar with a lid, large mason jars are approx 32 oz (Quart): Approximately 946 ml.
500ML of Alcohol will produce 16, 1oz shots.
Ensure that you shake the tincture daily, and store in a cool dark place.
Tincture will be ready in 3 Days.
Note:Agbo Jedi is part of daily life, interwoven into West African culture, and the indigenous peoples of Yorubaland. We ensure our farm workers and community have access to Agbo Jedi. When water security is an issue and understanding that parasites and malaria are living in the same places, Agbo Jedi has always been the answer, “Hospital Too Far.”
Agbo Jedi is not a focused Herbal “Therapy”. Agbo Jedi is a good starting point, in your personal Return to Nature.
Do Not Use: If you are breastfeeding, pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant.
